Employee Performance Model Through Job Satisfaction: Distributive Justice and Procedural Justice at the Padang Sidempuan City Health Office

Organizations must concentrate on their human resources to perform functions optimally in order create a more advanced organization, especially light of impending environmental changes. This research aims analyze the relationship between distributive justice and procedural justice, as well impact job satisfaction, among health office workers. study is use quantitative method. Total 285 workers involving this subjects. was used surveyed for research. In analyzing data SEM PLS collected data. The result found employee performance at Health Office influenced by satisfaction. mediated satisfaction; promote management have improves on-time work completion, fair implementation leadership decisions, provision pleasant working environment, encouragement positive attitudes workers, dissemination accurate up-to-date information.
